(1)Right of Withdrawal

To the extent that you use our products as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract concluded between us as follows:

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us within 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, without giving any reasons. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Alternatively, the withdrawal may be exercised using the model withdrawal form provided below.

(4)Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from the contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Special Information on the Expiry of Your Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires and the contract can no longer be withdrawn from if you have concluded a free user agreement with us under the “Free Plan”.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Paid Services and Digital Services

The right of withdrawal expires for a paid user agreement if we have begun performing the contract - for example, by making the paid content of our Platform available to you - after you have given us your express consent that we may begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires and you have simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal in this case.
